Hills City Council members declined a resident’s request to own chickens within the city limits.
Kylie Ganun met with council members April 8, outlining the reasons why she should be allowed to house up to six hens at her South Water Avenue residence.
The Luverne School Board unanimously adopted the calendar for the 2025-26 school year, choosing a different 168-day format from the version supported by the Luverne Teachers Association (LEA).
