Junior Legion teams split games on the road

The Luverne Junior Legion Red baseball team beat Sioux Falls Christian 11-1 on the road Tuesday, June 30.

Luverne Junior Legion White fell 18-8 to Pipestone on the road Monday, July 6.

Junior Legion Red was scheduled to host Dell Rapids Tuesday, July 7.

Mark and Pam would like to thank the family for having the card shower for our 50th wedding anniversary. We received many anniversary cards and even a few sympathy cards from friends and family. Thanks to the friends who gathered to celebrate our anniversary — these are always special and fun gatherings with much laughter enjoyed. Our children will be celebrating in the coming days with us.
