The Luverne boys’ hockey team collected two big conference wins at home and extended their winning streak to 7-0.

The Cardinals beat Fairmont 11-2 Tuesday, Dec. 9, and pushed past Waseca winning a 4-2 contest Saturday, Dec. 13.

The Patriots boys’ basketball team notched their second win of the season taking down Red Rock Central 87-52 at home Thursday, Dec. 11.

“I thought our guys played with great effort all night,” H-BC head coach Chad Rauk said.

The Luverne boys’ basketball team had a successful week claiming three conference wins for a 5-1 season record to date.
