      A new eye doctor has joined Dr. Sandra Carmen and the staff at Rock County Eye Clinic in Luverne. Dr. Victoria Johnson started in January and has been seeing patients once a week on Mondays. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska, Omaha, and earned her doctorate at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.     Children and adults alike were able to decorate farm animal-shaped sugar cookies Monday afternoon as the Rock County Library kicked off its annual Farm Week. Various activities will occur throughout the week, and a full list is on the library’s new social media.
