    Luverne girls’ hockey team blanked Worthington 7-0 at home Tuesday, Nov. 25. The Cardinals put 40 total shots on Worthington’s goalie in the game and held the Trojans to just seven shots on goal in the win.     The Luverne girls’ basketball team took down Edgerton Public 67-40 in its 2025 home opener Monday, Nov. 24. The Cardinals ran up a 32-13 lead in the first half and didn’t look back.     Anja Jarchow was recently named to the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMSC) Volleyball First-team All-Conference.
