The city has 35 remaining lots on the market for sale in its various subdivisions. Most of them (24) are in the newly developed Lopau Addition on the city’s west side. Luverne EDA Director Holly Sammons created this spreadsheet for an at-a-glance view of lot sales since 2012. In the past 10 years alone, an average 5.5 lots per year were sold for housing development.
