Banners honor local veterans

Through the Luverne Area Chamber LIFT design committee, 82 new banners were designed and will be displayed for the rest of the summer. This is the second year for the veterans banner program. Each banner depicts a veteran, lists his/her name, military rank and years of service. A waiting list is currently being assembled for a possible third year.
