Phil and Louella Voigt purchased a small trianglar-shaped lot at 805 Walnut Service Drive for the purpose of constructing an L-shaped multi-use building for a workshop and storage rental space. This was the final remaining lot to be sold in this subdivision where smaller, shop-type buildings are allowed.
Another lot has been sold in the Walnut Subdivision, this time to a local couple for art and storage uses, according to action at Monday’s meeting of the Luverne Economic Development Authority.
