“I was so nervous for this meet. We had so many new skills going in and that can be a gamble. You are never sure if they will hit or not,” head coach Phoebe Flom said.

Members of the 2005 boys’ basketball team were recognized Friday, Jan. 24, at home, in celebration of their appearance in the 2005 state basketball tournament.
LHS completed their 21-9 season by defeating Rockford 60-55 in the third-place game of the state tournament March, 19, 2005, at Concordia University in St, Paul.

As a team, Luverne took top honors in all four events.
