Judge: Old H-BC Elementary can official close

On Monday Hills-Beaver Creek school board members officially closed the old elementary school in Beaver Creek. Administrative law judge Steven Rutzick recommended the closure after conducting a public hearing Oct. 7 at the secondary school in Hills.
