Council members in the cities of Rock County will decide in the next 60 days if they will join in a countywide recreational marijuana ordinance or if they will develop ordinances of their own.

The 2024-25 school year at Luverne Public Schools will begin Tuesday, Sept. 3, and end 168 school days later on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

There is so much going on at the Capitol it’s hard for the average outdoor guy to follow it all.

Luverne City Council members took action at their March 26 meeting to wrap up the Lopau Housing Addition project on the west edge of Luverne.

Sanford Luverne Medical Center has been designated a Level 4 Trauma Hospital by the Minnesota Department of Health.
