LHS girls’ track team crowned True Team State Champions

Record Breaker Senior Ryan Fick broke the longest-standing school record from 1971 in the 800-meter at the state True Team event Saturday, May 18, in Stillwater. His time was 1:56.32. The record was held by Kevin Petersen at 1:57.14.

LHS girls’ track team crowned True Team State Champions

The Luverne girls’ track and field team was crowned the Class A True Team State Champion Saturday, May 18, in Stillwater.

The LHS boys’ team finished in fifth place in the True Team competition.
