The Luverne boys’ basketball team opened the 2023-24 season facing two tough teams on the road.

On Friday, Dec. 1, LHS lost to Southwest Minnesota Christian 85-71 in Edgerton.

The next day, Saturday, Dec. 2, the Cardinals faced Montevideo and fell 64-44.
