LHS girls’ hockey players, freshman Paula Martinez (No. 7), freshman Trinley Vanderburg (No. 23) and freshman Hannah Woodley (No. 19), pressure the Fairmont goalie Tuesday, Nov. 21, in Luverne. Martinez poked the puck in past the goalie for a goal to help Luverne win 7-1 over Fairmont.
The Luverne girls’ hockey team hosted Fairmont Nov. 21 beating the visiting Cardinals 7-1. Luverne fell to Mound Westonka-Southwest Christian 9-0 on the road Nov. 25.
