Oltman “Okie” Honken, age 89, formerly of Luverne, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026, at his home in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hartquist Funeral Home in Luverne.

Colleen Kay Cragoe was born February 12, 1938, to Arthur and Grayce (Little) Rust on a farm in Westside Township, Nobles County, Minnesota. She was raised on the farm with three brothers and two sisters and attended country school for two years.
