City leases rural parcel in Northern Con-Agg

The City of Luverne is leasing a 15-acre parcel of land northeast of town to Northern Con-Agg for gravel extraction. The northwest portion of the parcel designated for gravel mining is roughly 8 to 10 acres. The land is located along 150th Avenue near the large mining area already operated by Northern Con-Agg.
