Peter Dikun, Dell Rapids, South Dakota, who intends to build a marijuana grow facility on a lot in the newly platted Mayes Addition in Luverne’s industrial park. He plans a 70-by-170-by-16-foot wood frame building with metal siding. The new facility’s interior will have separate rooms dedicated to the various growing stages and processing of cannabis plants.
