A girl, Abigail Anne, weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces, 21 inches long, was born to Jeremy and Rachel Van Beek, Doon, Iowa, on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. She joins three siblings, Caleb, 7, Nathan, 4, and Bethany, 21 months. Grandparents are Chuck and Rheta De Boer, Hills, and Lance and Arlene Van Beek, Sanborn, Iowa.

A boy, David James, weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces, 22 inches long, was born to Mark and Amanda Meredith, Robbinsdale, on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2014, in Robbinsdale. Grandparents are David and Debbie Tilstra, Hills, and Bob and Lorraine Meredith, Golden Valley.
