    Five Rock County 4-H’ers represented Rock County Sept. 13-16 at the Minnesota State 4-H Horse Show in St. Paul. Claire Boeve of the Blue Ribbon 4-H Club came away with two Top 10 ribbons. Boeve placed ninth in eighth-grade hunt seat pleasure and western showmanship. She also participated in western pleasure, English equitation and trail.
