Edgerton and Jasper School District had obtained temporary injunctions preventing the election for Hardwick district residents to vote on a plan to consolidate with Luverne.
Both the Edgerton and Jasper districts seek part of the Hardwick district. Judge Pearson’s ruling on the case was appealed immediately by the two school districts.
