•Complainant reported a vehicle running with two flat tires on West Lincoln Street.
•Complainant on East Main Street reported three kids playing on the Rock River near open water.
•Complainant reported an accident on Dodge Street and Kniss Avenue.
•Complainant at Luverne Public Schools reported an accident.
•Complainant on S. Kniss Avenue reported objects found.
