General Notice
Rock County Rural Water District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the procurement of 810 ultrasonic cellular meters and the necessary accessories and cellular service set up required to provide a functioning automated meter reading system.
Bids shall be submitted by mail, in person, or email. Bids can be emailed to Ryan Holtz at ryan.holtz@co.rock.mn.us until Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. local time. Sealed Bids for the Project will be received at Herreid Room of the Rock County Courthouse, 204 East Brown Street, Luverne, Minnesota 56156-0745 until Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. local time. At that time the Sealed Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Rock County Rural Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
