Rock County public hearing set for April 14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Rock County Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 7:15 p.m. at the Generations Senior Center located at 105 South Estey Street, Luverne, Minnesota for the purpose of considering amendments and additions to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance and which amendments shall pertain to the following:
1. Places of Public Accommodation in the A-2, General Agriculture District;
2. Interim Use Permits for temporary uses; and
3. Aggregate mining as an expansion of an existing use in the A-1, Limited Ag District as an Interim Use.
All interested parties are invited to attend. Written comments should be submitted to the Rock County Zoning Administrator by 4:00 pm on Monday, April 14, 2025. All persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity to present testimony.
