Notice of Public Hearing – Rock County Code of Ordinance Amendment
Notice is hereby given that Rock County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the Herreid Meeting Room of the Rock County Courthouse to receive comments a proposed ordinance to add Chapter 131 to the County Code of Ordinances retaining shotgun/pistol/muzzleloader deer hunting within the boundaries of the county.
All people desiring to be heard should appear at the hearing or present written comments to be presented at the hearing by delivering the same to the Rock County Administrator at 204 E. Brown Street; Luverne, Minnesota by 5:00 P.M. February 13, 2026.
