ROCK COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES TITLE XI BUSINESS REGULATIONS,
CHAPTER 119 REGULATE CANNABIS BUSINESSES REPEAL AND REPLACE CHAPTER 131 PUBLIC USE OF CANNABIS AND CANNABIS DERIVED
PRODUCTS IN PUBLIC PLACES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Rock County Board of Commissioners will
conduct a public hearing on December 17, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Training Room
at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 N. Blue Mound Ave.,
Luverne, Minnesota for the purpose of amending the Rock County Code of Ordinances,
Chapter 119 Regulate Cannabis Businesses:

Registration of Cannabis Business

Requirements for a Cannabis Business (Time, Place, Manner)

The full text of proposed Chapter 119 Regulate Cannabis Businesses is on file at the office of the Rock County Administrator’s Office, 204 E. Brown Street, Luverne, Minnesota. Written comments should be submitted to the Rock County Administrator by 5:00 P.M., December 16, 2024. All persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity to present testimony.
