PUBLIC HEARING SET FOR AUGUST 19, 2025
Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan
NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN, that the Rock County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 475.521, Subd. 3 on August 19, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. in the Herreid Board Meeting Room at the Rock County Courthouse, 204 East Brown Street, Luverne, Minnesota to consider the adoption of a capital improvement plan addressing building needs, capital equipment purchases and highway infrastructure improvements.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above. Individuals unable to attend the public hearing can make written comments by writing to the County Administrator of County of Rock, Rock County Courthouse, PO Box 509, Luverne, Minnesota 56156. Written comments must be received prior to the public hearing.
