Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given by the Rock County Board of Adjustment that a public hearing will be held at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 North Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025. The purpose of this hearing is to rule on the following application:
Applicant: Dennis and Vonda Klarenbeek
Location: A 4.64 acre tract located in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
10 of Clinton Township, T101N, R45W, Rock County, Minnesota
Zoning District: A-2, General Agriculture
The purpose of this hearing is to rule on the application submitted by Dennis and Vonda Klarenbeek for a variance to allow the placement of a new, second non-farm dwelling in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10 of Clinton Township.
All persons interested may appear at said time and place, or submit views in writing to the Rock County Land Management Office at 311 West Gabrielson Road by 4:00 p.m., July 28th, 2025.
