Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given that the Rock County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 16th, 2025, at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 North Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, at 7:00 p.m. to act on the following application:
A request for a variance to allow the placement of an existing dwelling which would encroach upon the required setback of 65 feet from the centerline of 115th Street, as allowed in the Rock County Zoning Ordinance:
