NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, 1000 N. Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, the Rock County Sheriff will sell the real property legally described as:
Parcel A in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), in Township One Hundred One (101) North, of Range Forty-six (46) West of the 5th P.M., Rock County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) of said Section Thirty-six (36); thence South 00°00`00" West along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) for a distance of 567.60 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 90°00`00" West for a distance of 617.10 feet; thence South 00°00`00" West for a distance of 417.95 feet; thence South 90°00`00" East for a distance of 617.10 feet to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4); thence North 00°00`00" East along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) for a distance of 417.95 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.92 acres, of which the east 33.00 feet thereof (0.32 acres) are reserved as public road right-of-way.

to the highest bidder for cash by public auction pursuant to the Order for Judgment and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on May 23, 2025; to satisfy the judgment entered for Plaintiff in the amount $235,346.71 plus interest and the costs of said sale. A certified copy of the Order for Judgment and Judgment has been delivered to the Rock County Sheriff.
The redemption period from the sale will be six (6) months from the date of confirmation of the sale by the Court. The real property must be vacated by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the redemption period.
