NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 12, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, 1000 N. Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, the Rock County Sheriff will sell the real property legally described as:
Parcel A in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), in Township One Hundred One (101) North, of Range Forty-six (46) West of the 5th P.M., Rock County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) of said Section Thirty-six (36); thence South 00°00`00" West along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) for a distance of 567.60 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 90°00`00" West for a distance of 617.10 feet; thence South 00°00`00" West for a distance of 417.95 feet; thence South 90°00`00" East for a distance of 617.10 feet to the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4); thence North 00°00`00" East along the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE l/4) for a distance of 417.95 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.92 acres, of which the east 33.00 feet thereof (0.32 acres) are reserved as public road right-of-way.

The redemption period from the sale will be six (6) months from the date of confirmation of the sale by the Court. The real property must be vacated by 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the redemption period.
