The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. - at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Principal Kellenberger and board member Bosch were absent.
Motion by Helgeson, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda.
Proposed Additions to Agenda: 6.11.
Visitor to the meeting was Nicole Ronchetti with the Rock County Star Herald.

Motion by Harnack, seconded by Helgeson, and carried to approve consent agenda:

•Assigning Steve Wiertzema to part time Agriculture and School to Work
Teacher position
Assigning Bryan Bosch to part time Agriculture Teacher/FFA Advisor Position
and part of the year overload
•Hiring Amallia Ternus as Agriculture Education Teacher and FFA Advisor,
contingent upon the completion of all required coursework and receipt of
Minnesota teaching licensure, begin date to be determined.
•Superintendent/Elementary Principal Agreement for the 2027-2028,
2028-2029 and 2029-2030 School years
•Secondary School Surveillance Camera Removal and Installation Project
•Construction Draw #27
Motion by Rozeboom, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve the Resolution calling the General Elections.
