MINUTES OF THE SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2184,
ROCK COUNTY, LUVERNE, MINNESOTA.
A special meeting of the Board of Education, ISD #2184, was held in the District Office on March 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
The following members were present: Michael DeBates, Ryan DeBates, Randy Sasker, David Wrigg, Zach Nolz, Eric Hartman, and Tim Jarkchow. Also present: Craig Oftedahl, Stacy Gillette, Shelly Krueger, Becky Rahm, Tom Rops, and Marie Atkinson-Smeins.
Chairperson Tim Jarchow opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. Motion made by Eric Hartman, second by David Wrigg, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion unanimously carried.
The Master Agreement between Luverne Public Schools and the Luverne Education Association for the 2023-2024 and the 2024-2025 was reviewed. Superintendent Oftedal reviewed the language changes and the salary schedule with the School Board. Motion made by David Wrigg, second by Eric Hartman, to approve the Master Agreement with the Luverne Education Association for the 2023-2024 and the 2024-2025 school years. Motion unanimously carried.
The upcoming meeting dates were reviewed. Motion made by Ryan DeBates, second by Zach Nolz to adjourn the special meeting. Motion unanimously carried.
