Notice is hereby given per Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 116, that Roger Hoff, has made application to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the County of Rock for a permit to construct a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
The proposed feedlot is located in SW 1/4 of Section 17, Clinton Township, Rock County. The proposed facility will consist of 3300 head of finishing swine weighing greater than 55 pounds or 990 animal units. The facility will be a total confinement swine feedlot with an underground concrete manure storage area. The final capacity after construction will be 990 animal units.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of the facility within 5,000 feet.
