The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Bosch was absent.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda.

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Helgeson, and carried to approve consent agenda:
-Minutes—09/09/2024
-Bills
-Treasurer Report - 8/31/24
-Student Activity Accounts Report - 8/31/24
-Imprest Cash Report
-Consider/Approve Setting Pay 2024 Truth in Taxation and Budget Hearing
for 7 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024.
-Consider/Approve identifying Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day, October
14, 2024 as a non-school district holiday and holding a board of education
regular meeting on that day.
-New York City Student Trip for Juniors and Seniors Summer of 2026.
Motion by Harnack, second by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve setting 2024 pay 2025 School District Levy at the Maximum Amount allowed.
Motion by Rauk, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Donation Resolution: $1,000.00 from Junior Class Parents After Prom Committee for the Class of 2025 Student Activity Account.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Mn School Boards Association Resolution regarding start date for application for Tier I or Tier II License applications.
