The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Harnack, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board members Gehrke and Helgeson were absent. Board member Bosch was appointed as acting chair.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve the agenda.
Additions: 7.5 and 7.7.

Motion by Rauk, second by Harnack, and carried to approve committing $100,000 towards track running lane proposal.
Motion by Uittenbogaard, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve acceptance of Asbestos Abatement Removal bid by Titan Environmental Incorporated of $122,200 and rejecting all other bids including alternate bids.
