Monday, November 25, 2024
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Bosch was absent.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda. Addition: 7.3.

Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve consent agenda:

-Student Activities Accounts Report - 10/31/2024
-Second Reading of Title IX Policy Revisions
-World's Best Workforce Plan for the 2024-2025 school year.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Donation Resolution: $200.00 from 605 Therapy, LLC for National Blue Ribbon Award T-shirts.
Motion by Uittenbogaard, second by Harnack, and carried to approve accepting the Low Bid from Northland Recreation for the New Elementary School Playgrounds Equipment and Site Work.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Helgeson to keep the start time of the 12/9/24 School Board meeting at 7 p.m. and not changing to a start time of 8 p.m.
