The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the H-BC School District Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson, Rauk and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Uittenbogaard was absent.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda. Proposed Additions: 8.5. and 8.6.
Visitor to the meeting was Deputy Jeff Stratton - SRO information sharing.

Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of Allesia Kolles as Teacher at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of April Prohl as Teacher at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of Paul Opheim as Teacher at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
Motion by Bosch, second by Rauk, and carried to approve accepting Health and Hospitalization Insurance Rates for the 2024-2025 School Year.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Secondary Physical Education Teaching Position for the 2024-2025 school year.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Part Time ECSE Teaching Position contract with the SWWC Service Cooperative for the 2024-2025 School year.
Motion by Bosch, second by Helgeson, and carried to approve Donation Resolution:
•$1,000.00 from H-BC PTO for Elementary Pride Store
•$100.00 from MN Nursing Home Social Workers Association for Secondary
Care Closet
•$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council
•$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council
