Monday, Jan. 27, 2025
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson,
Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus and Business Manager
Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board members Bosch, Rauk and Principal
Kellenberger were absent.
Appointed Board Member Harnack as Acting Clerk.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve the agenda.
No visitors.

Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve setting Little Patriots Academy Fees 2025-2026 School Year.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve reverting the 2022 version of Policy 522- TITLE IX SEX NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY,
GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE AND PROCESS based upon recent legislation.
Motion by Harnack, second by Helgeson, and carried to approve Donation
Resolution:
$350.00 from Rock Ranch for H-BC Secondary School Blue Ribbon Award T-Shirts
$350.00 from Steen Reformed Church Sunday School Department for H-BC
