SPECIAL MEETING
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for a Special meeting at 7:00 p.m.
at the H-BC School District Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Principal Kellenberger was absent.
Motion by Harnack, second by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve the
agenda.
Visitors to the meeting were Sarah Fox, Matthew Hammer, Preston Euerle,
Jim Kueter and Mavis Fodness.

INFORMATION/DISCUSSION:

-Proposed Reductions to Project
ABATEMENT BOND - INFORMATION AND DISCUSSION:
EHLERS Financial
Motion by Bosch, second by Harnack, and carried to approve rebidding
or receiving quotes on the following for the Hills-Beaver Creek new elementary
school and high school improvements:
-4A Masonry
-7A Roofing
-10A Signage
-21D Landscaping
NEXT SPECIAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 29 AT
6:30 P.M.
Motion by Helgeson, second by Bosch, and carried to approve adjourn-
ment of meeting.
