Monday, Feb. 24, 2025

The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.

Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson,

Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus and Business

Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Principal Kellenberger and Board

member Bosch were absent.

Motion by Helgeson, second by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve the agenda.

Addition 8.5.

Visitor to the meeting was Mavis Fodness of the Rock County Star Herald.

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of Allesia Kolles as Teacher at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

Motion by Harnack, second by Helgeson, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of April Prohl as Teacher at the end of the 2024-2025

school year.

Motion by Uittenbogaard, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of Paul Opheim as Teacher at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

Motion by Uittenbogaard, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Resolution for Termination/Non-renewal of Easton Harnack as Teacher at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. Member Harnack abstained.
