Notice of Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit
Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given by the Rock County Planning and Zoning Commission that a public hearing will be held at the Generations Senior Center located at 105 South Estey Street, Luverne, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2025. The purpose of this hearing is to rule on the application for Conditional Use Permit for the following:

Location: A portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 15 of Luverne Township,
T102N, R45W, Rock County, Minnesota
Conditional Use: Placement and operation of a temporary hot mix asphalt plant
Zoning District: A-2, General Agriculture

Property Owner: Bar S, Inc.
Conditional Use: Placement and operation of a temporary hot mix asphalt plant
Project Location: Portions of the SW 1/4 of Section 11 and portions of the NW
1/4 of Section 14 of Denver Township, T104N, R45W, Rock
County, Minnesota
All interested parties are invited to attend. Written comments should be submitted to the Rock County Land Management office by 4:00 pm on Monday, April 14th, 2025. All persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity to present testimony.
