NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED VACATION
OF AN ALLEY IN THE CITY OF HILLS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the Hills City Council on November 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall located at 301 South Main Avenue, Hills, Minnesota 56138 to consider the proposed vacation of an alley in the City of Hills, legally described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Eighteen (18), Block Three (3), Original Plat of the City of Hills, Minnesota; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of 144.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 20.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds West a distance of 144.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 15 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of 20.00 feet, to the point of beginning.
