City of Hills
adopts zoning ordinance
The City of Hills adopted a zoning ordinance on May 13, 2025. The zoning ordinance was constructed to better serve the City of Hills with a structured footprint for the present and future development and provide consistent code as required by Minnesota State Law. This zoning ordinance consists of the following zoned areas: Residential, Central Commercial, Commercial General Business, Mixed Use, Multi Family, and Agriculture.
