NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Beaver Creek, Rock County, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 13 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a tax abatement request from Shad and Leilani Kruger pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.1813. The request is to abate 100% of the City’s portion of real estate taxes related to the building improvements on the subject property for a period of 5 years. The subject property is located at 203 Springbrook Rd, Beaver Creek, MN and is legally described as:
Legal Description: Parcel No. 13-0007-000 Original Plat all of block 1 lying N
of Luverne ST & N 1/2 of vacated Luverne ST
The public hearing will be held in the Beaver Creek City Council Chambers, 311 E
