NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Rock County Judicial Ditch No. 2
Notice is hereby given that Rock County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on February 3, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. in the Herreid Meeting Room of the Rock County Courthouse to receive comments on the Rock County Judicial Ditch No 2. Hydraulic Capacity Report for the 221st Street crossing. The potential improvement will increase the hydraulic capacity at the 221st Street crossing; the Judicial Ditch No. 2 outlet hydraulic capacity will not be changed and will remain the same.
All people desiring to be heard should appear at the hearing or present written comments to be presented at the hearing by delivering the same to the Rock County Administrator at 204 E. Brown Street; Luverne, Minnesota by 5:00 P.M. February 2, 2026.
