Oye earns master’s degree in recreation management
Ryan Oye, son of Steve and Andrea Oye, Luverne, graduated May 14, 2016, from the University of Wisconsin, LaCrosse, with a master’s degree in recreation management.
He graduated Cum Laude from Mount Marty College, Yankton, South Dakota, in 2015 with bachelor’s degrees in recreation management and business administration.
Oye, a 2012 Luverne High School graduate, is currently employed by the South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks, Yankton, South Dakota.
