Gustavus Adolphus releases dean’s list
Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter has named several area students to the Fall 2020 semester dean’s list. To qualify, students must earn at least a 3.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Named to the dean’s list are Ariel DeBeer, Anika Gust and Kristen Ziegler from Luverne and Maritza Beltran, Anna Serrao and Kasie Tweet from Adrian.
 
UW-Stout names Sawtelle to dean’s list
Kammon Sawtelle, a senior majoring in human development and family studies, was named to the Fall 2020 dean’s list at the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. To qualify, students must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher.
 
USD names honor students
Several area students have been named to the Fall 2020 dean’s list at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. To be named, students must earn a minimum of a 3.5 GPA.
The following students made the dean’s list:
Adrian: Avery Balster, Skylar Dingmann, Halle Heitkamp, Skylar Polzine, Ryan Wieneke.
Ellsworth: Morgan Dreesen, Devin Dreesen.
Hills: Joslyn Birger, Ashley Esselink.
Lismore: Dakota John.
Luverne: Jack Baustian, Mary-Frances Ladd, Mackenzie Petersen, Jenna Zewiske.
The following part-time students were named to the academic honors list with a 3.5 GPA or higher:
Luverne: Amanda Sterling.
Magnolia: Josie Crow.
 
Raymon named to dean’s list at Northwestern
Garrett Raymon has been named to the Fall 2020 dean’s list at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, having earned a 4.0 GPA.
Raymon, a junior biology-ecological science major, is the son of Mark Raymon and Becky Byrne of Hills.
 
U of M Duluth releases dean’s list
The University of Minnesota Duluth has named area students to the dean’s list for the Fall 2020 semester. To make the list, students must earn a 3.5 GPA or higher.
Area honor students are Samantha Ykema, Jasper, a senior in the Swenson College of Science and Engineering majoring in biology; and Mark Robinson, Luverne, a junior in the Swenson College of Science and Engineering majoring in stats and actuarial science.
