U of M Duluth releases dean’s list
Two local students were named to the University of Minnesota Duluth Spring 2021 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must earn a 3.5 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Recipients were Mark Robinson, a senior working toward a Bachelor of Science in stats and actuarial science in the Swenson College of Science and Engineering, and Brandon Winter, a senior working toward a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering in the Swenson College of Science and Engineering.
A.R. Wood Scholarships awarded
Four Luverne High School 2021 graduates were awarded scholarships by the A.R. Wood Scholarship Trust: Elise Jarchow, Gracie Zewiske, Ainslie Robinson and Solveig Toftland.
Nine Luverne High School prior graduates are recipients of renewal scholarships awarded by the A.R. Wood Scholarship Trust: Jayden Anderson, Anika Gust, Aric Meinerts, Mark Robinson, Sierra Schmuck, Emma Verbrugge, Gunnar Oldre, Jenna Schelhaas and Jordan Winter.
The total amount awarded was $8,000. The A.R. Wood Scholarship Trust is administered by First Bank & Trust in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
