Wade C. Brooks, 57, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, formerly of Luverne, died Monday, Oct. 5, 2015, in Sioux Falls.
A memorial service was Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Hartquist Funeral Home in Luverne.
