Leif Gilbertson

Alonzo Leif Gilbertson, 61, died Saturday, May 22, 2021, in Powell Butte, Oregon.
Leif was born Sept. 15, 1959, to Curt Gilbertson and Susan Horner Gilbertson in Sacramentoa, California.
The family moved to Luverne in 1973, where he graduated from Luverne High School in 1977.
He drove log truck in Oregon. In 1981, he and his brother began driving cattle trucks out of Sioux Falls. He married Dawn Tschantre in Oregon in 1984.
Leif is survived by three children, Sterling, Dakota and Shayanne; two granddaughters; his parents; and siblings Wynn, Chance, Levy and Darcy.
