Catherine Anne Lewis, age 75, of Ellsworth, died Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Visitation was from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 8, at St. Adrian Catholic Church in Adrian; and also one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Funeral mass was at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Adrian Catholic Church, officiated by Monsignor Richard Colletti.
Burial with full military honors were provided by the Ellsworth American Legion and were in the St. Mary Cemetery in Ellsworth.
Dingmann Funeral Home in Adrian was in charge of arrangments.
